A health and wellness platform built around Storyblok, progress tracking and an AI assistant constrained to answer from the client's own published material.

The client needed to publish content without developer involvement while reducing repeated wellness questions without deploying an unconstrained assistant into a health-adjacent environment.

The useful part of AI here was not giving the model more freedom. It was deliberately limiting what it could answer, keeping those answers traceable to approved material and handing everything outside that boundary to a human.
