A support platform for parents of autistic children combining screening tools, developmental milestone tracking, moderated community features and a tightly scoped AI assistant.

The platform serves a sensitive audience looking for structured support without presenting itself as a diagnostic or clinical authority. That boundary affected the screening experience, community design and especially the AI layer.

The core AI problem was deciding what the assistant must not do. Its non-clinical boundary, refusal behaviour and handoff to real resources had to be defined before prompt implementation rather than added as a guardrail afterward.
