01 / CONTEXT
A multi-agent AI SaaS product managing tasks across Google and Apple calendars while generating and scheduling content on a user's behalf.
The product started from an empty repository with no engineering team. It needed real agent architecture, authentication across two different calendar providers, scheduled execution and production-safe integrations rather than a model sitting behind a chat box.
02 / THE HARD PART
The difficult part wasn't calling a model. It was making a non-deterministic system behave predictably while agents coordinated calendars, external APIs, scheduled work and real user actions.
