A multi-tenant salon booking platform with Stripe subscription billing and automated reminder sequences tied directly to appointment state.

The product needed to automate two operational processes that had previously required human attention: following up with customers before appointments and keeping subscription entitlements correct across many independent salon tenants.

The difficult part was making billing and appointment automation reliable when events can be retried, arrive out of order, appointments can move, payments can fail and every tenant must remain isolated from every other tenant.
